Used Parts for Forklifts - Inevitably, forklift components would eventually wear out and require replacing. The option of acquiring brand new components can become expensive so one more idea is to buy used parts. This can save a lot of money in the end. It is a great idea to obtain used lift truck parts which have been reproduced. These parts will guarantee that you are getting components which will work for a long time and be productive.
Broken or worn parts that are remanufactured are a very cost effective answer compared to rebuilding. With rebuilding components, only the components that are broken or worn out get replaced, which means that other wearable components may break down soon after purchase.

The engines are hot tested after reassembly to guarantee that there are no leaks, no noises, no oil pressure problems or any vacuum.
Transmissions are one more item that is oven cleaned after being disassembled. The transmission is then washed. A comprehensive inspection is performed so as to check for any cracks. Bearings, bushings and seals are all replaced. Normally, the replacement parts utilized on transmission parts meet OEM specifications.
Some parts like for example torque converters, the alternator, the water pump, steer axles and the starter could obtain longer serviceability after being remanufactured and having all wearable components replaced. The electronic control in the electric lift truck is maintained by the control card. This card could even be reproduced with replacing all aged and worn out parts. Not like different forklift components the control card can only have the worn and aged components replaced.
Remanufactured parts are meticulously examined upon reassembly to ensure they are in top condition previous to being sold. It is essential when buying remanufactured parts to make sure they have undergone the proper testing and inspection procedures. On certain larger components like transmissions, steer axles and engines, OEM specification replacement components should be used.
